Submission

All submissions must describe original research, not published or currently under review for another workshop, conference, or journal. Papers must not exceed eight single-spaced, double-column pages using 10 pt size fonts on 8.5´11 inch pages in IEEE style format. Papers (PDF version) must be submitted electronically through the following website:

At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the main conference (MSN 2009) in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation.
